Delete your account
You can delete your Culinary Connect account at any time, in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on this page.
What happens
Deleted straight away
- Your profile: name, email, phone number, photo and address
- Your sign-in account
- If you cook: your dishes, store page and store links
- Your notifications, push-notification registrations and locality memberships
Kept, without your personal details
- Past orders (dish, quantity, price and payment reference), because they are the other party's purchase or sales record. Your name, email, phone and address are removed from them.
- Chat messages you sent, shown as from “Deleted user”.
You can't delete your account while you have an order that is still pending or being prepared. Finish or cancel it first. Deletion can't be undone.
