Sellers are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the food they list. Buyers are responsible for making timely payments and communicating respectfully with sellers. Culinary Connect is a platform and is not responsible for the food items themselves.
4. Payments
All payments are handled through a secure third-party processor. We do not store your credit card information. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Culinary Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
